How long will my order take?
As a general rule bag orders are shipped within 5 - 10 working days from when your order is received. You will receive an order confirmation and should there be any discrepancy to this I will contact you within 24 hours. Because all pieces are made to order there are no refunds.
Sample sale items are made and ready to ship. These items ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. A detailed description of any markings or flaws are included in the description. These items are Final Sale.
Ordering & Shipping Information
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
I offer shipping to most destinations. The actual shipping rate will depend on how many items you’ve purchased and the price of each item. I offer a flat rate shipping of $50 on orders under $250. Orders above $250 benefit from free shipping.
Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. You must contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on www.erabalestrieri.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. Please note that we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot change this declared value.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. I guarantee my merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Because all orders are custom made we do not accept returns.
Leather Facts & Care
Only full-grain hides are used (not to be confused with top-grain, an inferior quality) which is a natural material where slight grain variations and scratches are inherent. These are signs that the hides have not been adulterated in any way. They are not defects in any way. In fact, they highlight the caliber of a leather that has not been altered by sanding, varnishing, and waxes. Please be advised that your piece will have some of these markings and scratches. They never go below the surface and are not considered flaws. Vegetable-tanned leather initially will feel stiff, yet quickly yields to a soft and pliable touch with use. This tanning process uses a high concentration of natural oils and fats and requires very little maintenance. With normal use, a light coating of saddle soap once a year is all that is needed. I also like Saphir Mink Oil cream.
